A fascinating and rewarding conference with interesting and valuable practical guidance and case studies to help organisations gain the benefits from the use of IT and Information Communications Technology and ensure staff and learners can demonstrate certified skills in the use of ICT.

A full house of delegates enjoyed a one day conference of formal presentations and papers to examine the practical issues involved in the measurement of technology skills from School to the Workplace. The event was held in London and involved fee-paying delegates.

The programme comprised two basic sessions

am. session  Understanding and measuring IT skills and knowledge, and how these can meet expectations of users and learners

pm session  Impact on learning and stake-holders, and developments in the future.
